Good quality, minor delivery issue

I ordered two internal oak doors and a set of door handles from Leader Doors a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was pretty straightforward, clear descriptions and images for everything. Delivery took about 7 business days, which was within their estimated timeframe for my location (took 5 days to reach Denver). One of the door handles was missing a small screw, but I had a spare, so it wasn't a huge deal. The doors themselves are very solid and heavy, excellent quality for the price I paid. They feel much more substantial than the doors I had before. Installation was easy enough for my contractor. I had a question about the door lining compatibility beforehand and their customer service responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. Oh my goodness, I just received my new external front door and it's absolutely fantastic! The quality is superb, it looks even better than the pictures online. Installation was smooth for my handyman. I am so incredibly pleased with how it has transformed the front of my house. I will absolutely be ordering from here again for my next home project! Such a great find!

Solid product, some waiting

I bought a couple of internal grey doors from Leader Doors. The doors arrived well-packaged and seem to be of good quality, quite sturdy. I liked the modern look. The delivery was a bit slower than I expected, it took about 10 days, but they did keep me updated. Customer service was responsive when I emailed asking for a delivery update, which was appreciated. The only small improvement I could suggest is perhaps more precise delivery windows; waiting all day was a little inconvenient. Still, the doors were exactly what I wanted for the price point, so I'm generally satisfied.
